Sarah holds a position of Senior Research Fellow in the Process Quality Group in Lero – the Irish Software Research Centre. The Process Quality Group encompasses global software development, agile processes, planned processes, processes for software development in healthcare, and free and open source software research. She is currently working on the Lero project PAISEAN, funded Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), Centre for Science Engineering and Technology. She works closely with industry, implementing a Model of Global Teaming, and validating a Decision Support System that aims to tailor Global Software Development (GSD) processes to meet individual organisation needs.
