Working with the PDST we have designed and delivered Scratch training to teachers through the national education centre network.
In April 2012 Lero was commissioned by the NCCA to write short course on programming/CODING See the junior cycle short course in “Coding”
Lero has a long tradition of hosting secondary school teachers during the summer months. We also offer internships or work experience to second-level students. Please contact us if you would be interested in a teacher or student internship at Lero.
Lero was awarded a GoogleRISE Award in 2015 and ran summer computing camps for girls during the summer of 2015.(See 2015 Video)
